Spun! Dreaming, Part 1

Look at this lovely pile of fiber:

Just look at it. 8 ounces of Spunky Club Shetland in the colorway Field of Dreams.

Dreamy, isn’t it?

I couldn’t decide how to spin it.

A traditional 3-ply? Fractal 3-ply? N-ply to preserve the colors?

And then I remembered, I get a double dose! I don’t have to decide!

So, for the first 4 ounces, I chose┬áto n-ply. Spin spin spin…

Ply, ply, ply…

Two skeins, about 165 yards apiece, of n-plied loveliness.

For the second half, which I’m just about go get started on, a fractal three-ply seems just the thing.

Just another bonus to getting a double-dose of Club fiber. Not having to actually make a decision.

Happy Spinning, Friends!

  1. I love this colorway! I just spun mine up and it is drying. Can’t wait to knit with it. :)
